Keynote: Strengthening The Spear and The Shield Through Leadership
The one thing we know absolutely about the future, is we have no idea what it will hold. As the world becomes more complex, threats gain strength and agility. Your technology can only take you so far. The issue is you need to be able to adapt to uncertainty. Because there is no enduring plan when nothing stays the same, the only path is to invest in developing each individuals unique capacity, at their own pace, so your people can develop solutions when faced with challenges. It is not about being re-active or pro-active - it is about acting on contact. The only way to build this capacity is through people focused leadership. In today’s world, with all the unique challenges and threats our world faces, how do you develop others to meet those challenges and serve others - this summit will help you figure that out - starting with this kick-off.

Leadership Paradigm Shifts: How do you see the world as a leader?
How do you see your people? What is the best way to lead? How do you prepare your people for the unknown? What are the key characteristics of a leader? Do you think about leadership, or do you adopt a model and apply it? In this breakout session we will challenge your traditional views of leadership, and maybe of life. We will talk about practices and ideas that were successfully tested in combat, however, they work as well in the workplace, sports field and classroom. The question: How can you adapt your leadership paradigms and take some new ideas and apply them in your unique context? This session will challenge you to figure that out.
